8 spoonfuls chickpea flour
8 spoonfuls water / any vegetable milk
A few green or red peppers depending on their size
Wash and cut peppers in slices, put them in a pan with olive oil, add salt to taste then let them cook on slow heat.
Mix the chickpea flour with water or vegetable milk and add salt to taste. When the peppers are ready in the pan add the chickpeas and water mixture and let it cook on slow heat on one side. Toss it gently using a plate and let it cook on the other side.
